The original Roof Tent security alarm mounting solution. Brought to you from Spennymoor, Durham!

Direct mounting to your Roof Tent, unobstructed alarm speaker & constructed with tough materials. Roof Dog has been rigorously developed to protect your Roof Tent in all conditions.

Roof Tent theft is at an all time high, having bought one myself then seeing their was 5 thefts in a single week in my area, I searched high and low for a proper mounting solution for the Tent Box alarm, in the end, I figured I need to bring something proper to market. 

Whats in the box? (Absolutely everything you need!)

• 3D Printed Roof Dog Mount
• Two Security Torx Screws
• Two Mounting Nuts (They fit perfectly in the rail)
• Two 3D Printed Screw Grommets
• One Security Torx Allan Key
• Apple AirTag NOT included with Roof Dog+

Installation Instructions

A video will be made very soon, but written instructions are as follows. Ensure you have fully tested the alarm unit you have bought. Remember to remove the battery pull tab.

1. Remove your Roof Dog and all contents from the packaging
   
2. Insert the Alarm into the Roof Dog
3. Insert the security screws into the screw holes
4. Using the included allan wrench, slightly screw on the T Nuts to the screws leaving approx a 5mm thread length. (Do not tighten fully as we need to slide these onto the rail!)
5. Put a jacket on... we're in the UK 🌦️
6. If you're vertically challenged, grab some ladders or height aids 🪜
7. Head outside to your Roof Tent
8. Choose where you want to install it. We recommend installing it at the rear of the vechicle
9. Remove the end cap (if there is one on) on the aluminium Roof Tent mounting rails
10. Line up the first T Nut and slide the Roof Dog onto the rail (Reminder! At this point your T Nuts should already be slightly screwed onto the security screws, but only slightly)
    
11. Repeat for the second T Nut
12. We recommend pushing it as far into the vechicle it will go. We do not recommend leaving it at the end of Roof Tent mounting rails.
13. Once your Roof Dog is in your desired location, tighten both of the security screws. DO NOT overtighten. You will know when it's tight! No need to go superman on it!
14. Grab the two screw grommets and push them into the screw holes
15. Re-insert the end cap onto the alumium rails

Breathe... you're done! 🤗🎉
